There is lot of ways to reduce weight or lose weight, but mostly people don’t follow that regime, but lose weight without dieting or exercise is favorite of most of the people, I am also against the dieting because when you are own dieting you feel very hungry and in next meal without knowingly you eat high calories and in that way you in spite of losing you gain weight and if you lose after dieting period you again gain and dieting is harmful to health. follow my tactic, how to lose weight without dieting.

There is some tactic & strategies in the lifestyle with them you lose your pounds slowly, and you get the permanent cure for your obesity, make some good habits and enjoy the fruits for the life time.

  1. Never Miss Breakfast

People think that missing the breakfast burn their calories but this is misconception when you miss the breakfast you could end up with acid and lethargic in work, breakfast gives you strength after night this is your first meal of the day and you don’t skip, but make sure your breakfast should have full of nutrition, and prevent you to take heavy lunch.

      2. Have Meals Every 3 Hours

It is proven that when you eat in smaller sizes in spite of big meal in one time, more likely to lose weight, but that food you have should be nutrition value, have a healthy diet contains vitamins, proteins, fiber. And that food with nutritional contains having fewer calories and you burn pounds slowly they way.

  1. Eat only when you feel hungry

It’s a habit of people whenever they get something they eat don’t do that have when you feel really hungry and do not jump on tasty food have food that is body friendly, recognize your body requirement, what your body want.

  1. Chew Your Food Thoroughly

When you chew your food properly you eat slowly and your brain gives you the signal of stomach fullness and you take less food, less food means fewer calories that’s how you don’t pile your weight.

  1. Have Warm Water

When you wake up have warm water with honey and lemon, you could have only warm water but with honey and lemon you get better result lemon and warm water detox your body and clean your stomach from inside and reduce the inches from your waist.

  1. Improve Digestion System

Studies show that poor digestion system is one cause of obesity thin people eat very heavy but they don’t gain weight because their system is strong, but an obese people very less and they gain weight because a strong system does their function properly digest easily and don’t put pile extract that needs and expel extra.

  1. Play a Game Or Exercise

Play a game that you love it could be swimming, dancing, cycling, running, football, badminton,  yoga play at least 4 days in a weak make habit it’s a powerful way to cut your fat. Play a game regularly and consistently 30 minutes.

  1. Eliminate Sugar Intake

Sugar is rich contains carbohydrates avoid sugar, sweets, chocolates, beverages because sugar intakes leave you with high calories and you gain weight, if you want to take, you could have fruits and fruits juice. Because that is having low calories.

  1. Avoid Stress

I have seen people in stress they more than when they are normal, because stress effect your appetite and increase weight, stress disturb your hormones your body behave differently when you are in stress, so control your stress on work or at home.

  1. Have Fiber Rich Food

This is my personal experience whenever I take fiber food I feel full of stomach for the longer time because and helpful in weight loss.

  1. Green Tea

Green tea great source of metabolism booster, it helps to flush out toxins from your body, it helps burn your calories.

  1. Add fruits & Vegetables to Your Meal

Fruits and vegetable are full of energy and low of calories it contains vitamins, minerals, and fiber, enjoy a full plate of slate it helps to lose weight, without decreasing your energy level.

  1. Have Your Dinner Before 7 Pm

Studies show that and have seen people who eat before 7 pm they are healthy and light weight, when you have before 7 pm it digests easily and don,t put weight and you feel fresh and healthy in the morning.

  1. Avoid Junk Food

Avoid junk food, oily food, and food that not digest easily, oil, because junk food rich in oil or carbohydrates you easily put weight. You have to very keen eye on what you eat because what you eat that you become.

  1. Avoid Sitting Long Hours

If your job is a sitting job this is alarming for health and weight point of view it’s not a good sign for health take a walk after every after 2-3 hours it will help to keep your weight normal.

 

Follow these steps I am sure you can lose weight without depriving. And without any medicine or home remedies. These are simple steps everyone can follow because health is wealth.
