A person needs a lot of energy to do work in a hectic lifestyle, Are you feeling out of breath when you run in the morning  and are you tired quickly? It is misunderstanding in the people tend to blame old age, what happens with your body on daily basis, we get tired easily, we up stairs and get tired, we walk few minutes and get tired, actually we don’t have stamina, you must have enough energy to build a strong stamina, but you can’t buy stamina in the market, you have to earn it by making some changes in our lifestyle,  there are few food habits and nutrition’s that will increase your stamina if you add in your meals on daily base. I will discuss here that stamina building foods that will help you in your next workout session or running or walking or cycling or any working activity. Let see the nutrients that are the source or your energy.

  1. Complex Carbohydrates

Complex carbohydrates are the rich complex of starch and fiber, they provide a lot of energy, insoluble fibers whole grain bread, rice, cereals, wheat bran, corn bran vegetable, potato and nuts that help to boost stamina and give us energy throughout the day.

We should eat the lemon, lime cranberry, grapes tomato, orange is full of vitamin C they strengthen our immune system. And regulates chemical reactions in our body.
